CommOdore plastics

HonEOYE

The Commodore Plastics plant in Honeoye, NY is a massive 125,000 sq ft facility we completed in 2016.  The building is a Vargo Pruden design complete with multiple loading docks.  Burnett was hired on by Ontario Holdings LCC (Commodore Plastics) and overseen by project management company Capstone Construction.  Our scope of work on the project included steel erection, roofing systems, siding, trims, and man doors.

Bloomfield 

The Bloomfield, NY job is a mid-sized addition to Commodore's pre-existing facility.  Burnett was again hired on by Ontario Holdings LCC (Commodore Plastics) and Capstone Construction.  Our team implemented a design combining both pre-engineered steel and architectural steel elements.  The building was structurally designed to accommodate two large underhung crane rail systems.  This PEMB hybrid was designed by Vargo Pruden and is a great example of our flexibility as a steel erection company.  The building is scheduled to be completed in 2018.
